Stephan shrugs. "Well, it's dead now, so it's not very much like it's more than a blade. Well, maybe not dead, but gone. But, that's beyond the point." Stephan glances in the direction that Eric left in and follows. "No sense letting the kid go and get himself killed. . ."

Eric's sitting up against one of the walls of the house. He looks as Stephan walks over, though he doesn't get up. After a few moments, he begins quietly speaking."I don't know what the fuck I just walked into the middle of. I just came here for a fucking box, man. Trip to the fucking bank, because I couldn't just have it shipped. And now...
I'm the only one here who doesn't walk around armed, there's fucking monsters everywhere I look and not a person in sight, present company excluded; and I don't even know how I'm going to get back home."

Stephan claps a hand on Eric's shoulder and sighs. "I don't much think any of us thought things would be this weird. But, you could always turn back. Nobody will think any less of you. I'll even help you out of this place. If you do insist on staying, I don't think we'll see much more like that. I mean, hey, probably just some kind of mutated animal or something, can't be many of them, right?"

"It didn't look like an animal... and I dropped all my stuff on the floor in there, didn't I? I should probably go back in and get it...He stands up, walks over to the doorway, looks inside then turns back around and walks back looking a bit paler."... in a minute. I'll go back and get it in a minute.
I'm sure there's... there's gotta be a reason for all of this. Something that'll make it make sense. Who knows? Maybe whatever is in the box explains it."
Though... that'd mean he KNEW this was going to be... well, THIS, and didn't tell me. He wouldn't have done that. Not ever.
Come on. Your stuff isn't going to pick itself up. You dropped it like an idiot, you're the one who has to go back in and get it. Just don't pay attention to the rest...He shrugs, then heads back inside, trying his best to avoid looking at the severed arm, or the spray from the gunshots, or the... well, anything but his tools, really.[/i] Should I make a Phobia penalized Willpower roll?

Jack walks around the entire house, inspecting it for clues to... well anything at this rate. Anything of note he takes down in his notepad.
I'm assuming just an overall Perception Check.
4,6,10,5,6,10,9 is my roll.

"Eric, wait a sec. Can you throw?"
There's little that seems important in the house, for the most part it's half rotted furniture, but you do note that the radio had been getting louder as that thing got louder.

"Generally? Yeah, I guess. Not especially well, but not too terribly. Why, do you have something that needs to be thrown?"
Eric clicks the toolbox shut after fitting in all the tools - it looks like a few screws might still be rolling loose under furniture, but he's in a hurry to get back outside.

Stephan bends down and unclasps a small throwing dagger from his left leg, stands, and tosses it to Eric/ "Catch."

Eric rolls agility successfully and snatches the knife out of the air by the handle... and what he just did occurs to him about a second later.
"You - you just tossed a knife at me!"
And I just tried to catch it. Actually succeeded, too. Better to be lucky than sane, apparently.
"So... what, you think I should throw your fancy knife at something? Seriously?

"To, I tossed the knife to you, there's the slight difference of the intent there. And that's what it's for, I mean, unless you'd rather use a wrench, suit yourself." Stephan Shrugs.

Damnit! I was hoping there would be at least CLUES to her whereabouts. And with that thing... and possibly MORE of that thing.... I gotta hurry
Jack exits the house, to see Stephen tossing a knife to Eric. He looks oddly at the two.
".... Ooooookay then. I guess the knife would be better than a wrench. Either way, nothing really to note about the house, it looks like there is nothing in it."
Which means I'm just that much farther from finding my wife. Why does it always have to be ha-.... No, can't think about that. That will just hinder my progress to finding her. Must keep my mind on task... for her sake.
"So, where to next?

"We've got about as much of a clue as you do, Tex. I guess we head into town. Find some people, see what the hell is going on here."

"With our luck, there will be people without eyes AND knives for hands."

"Whats wrong with that? Then they wouldn't know where to stab, now would they?"

"I don't know... when the eyeless woman from before was talking, it sure looked like she was looking at us. Maybe they don't really need the eyes to see?
... I can't believe I actually just said that. We should get going, though."
Eric isn't especially hopeful about what they'll find at Silent Hill, but at the same time he is in quite a hurry to be away from the graveyard.
