"Greaaaaaat, another stranger wandering around this place."Jack puts his hand on his pistol's handle and tries to spot where the noise is coming from. He sees a younger looking man coming toward him, hands looking quite devoid of weapons. He relaxes his hand away from the pistol.
"Looks unarmed, why don't you go talk to him?"

"Relax, Tex. You don't need to get set for a shootout every time you see someone."
Eric rolls his eyes and approaches the stranger.
"Hey. Let me guess? Headed to Silent Hill, and suddenly find yourself having to walk?"

"Something like that."
Stephan extends a hand to Eric.
"The damned bus dropped me off at the turnoff, say they won't take folks up here anymore. Wouldn't even say why."

Eric shakes his hand.
See? Not a psycho-killer. Big shock there.
"Well, I'm not sure if you saw it, but my car just committed suicide a bit back down the road. His motorbike, too. I'm something of a mechanic -"[/b] He indicates the toolbox he's carrying in the other hand, then continues."- and I looked over both the engines and couldn't find a thing to explain it. Hopefully, there's someone in this little town that knows what the hell's going on so I can fix it. Oh, and this is Jack, I'm Eric."

"Pleasure to meet you boys, town much further?"

"Beats me. We've been walking for awhile, so it shouldn't be much farther. Of course, in this damned fog, it could be right on top of us and we probably wouldn't know until we walked into something."

Stephen lets out a sigh.
"Then, I guess we best get walking."

Jack nods and begins walking in the other direction, hoping to find this place before the fog rolls in- it gets scarier- it gets dark- he comes across someone else.

After several hours of walking, the group comes to a cemetery gate. "Well fellas, looks like we're here. . ."

Jack stares at the gate, kinda confused why there is not a beautiful mountain resort like all the reports say.
"You know, I was expecting a luxurious resort, not.... this."

"Given the.... ambience of the walk up, I guess they thought that wouldn't mesh well with the scenery, and went with a more themed look. Or, we just wandered right past the resort in the fog and straight into Dracula's castle. That seems equally plausible."
Eric gives the gate a light shake to see if it's locked (assuming it's closed, of course).

The door opens somewhat when Eric shakes it.
"Looks like we're going through the tombstones, then. . .

Stephan walks into the graveyard and laughs "Yeah, right, this isn't some horro- Ah, AH, AAAH!" He falls to the grounds screaming.

"Ohshit!"
Eric attempts to assist - either taking a Compassion boosted Perception roll to see what the hell just happened and then taking further action based on what he notices, or merely playing into Stephan's little gag; depending on quite where this is going.
