M&M is a d20 game...kinda. It only uses a d20 per person but it does take a little bit from Wizards of the Coast's Open License. Namely stats, feats, skills, and combat are close to the original but damage and powers are all new. Now this is an open system, meaning you could use it for any Mavel, DC, or any other genra that you can find and I'm just going to post the rules and where, when, and what are going to be up to the GM.

M&M uses a point based character creation and level system. The average starting level is 10, but your GM will decide if you start there. You get about 1 per average adventure but the GM may give more. PP are used to increase power levels, increase BAB, increase Defense bonus and so on.
