Alright, the first item I decided to auction is the Critical Bangle. *******Auction******* Item: The Critical Bangle (Rule Breaker) Abilities: 1 Free Critical Per Fight Starting Bid: 20Sp |
Now the exact power of this Bangle is dependent on the system your character is in, for SR you can make 1 roll use the rule of 6, for D&D and SG 1 critical threat is an automatic critical (no other roll needed, for SG no action die is needed to activate the critical), for SC a roll of 6 on your Wild die is automatically followed by another 6. Also, the Bangle can negate a critical failure, but it can only grant one power per fight. Edit: OOPS! I forgot to mention that the Critical Bangle is a bracelet and takes up a wrist location, although, bracer's and gloves can still be worn with the bangle.

Going, once.
Noticing a lack of response to my auction, I am going to put a time limit on it. Once a day I'll post like above and on the third day the auction ends. I MAY eventually put un-bought items into the store, but no guaranties. Also, if any bid is out done by x10, the item is automatically bought and the auction ends there.

For RoS, when you activate the Bangle, any die that is 7 points over your target number counts as an extra success (Note: this uses the rule of 10 and counts for every 7 points over). For the critical failure power, if you roll NO successes this power will negate your opponents action for the round (he attacks and your defense roll fails you can make him fail too).

Ooh. Daril is going to put 1 gold and 2 shillings in on this (220SP total value), making the x10 rule come into effect, clinching the auction for him. I assume I don't get it until the end of my current fight, yes?

Yes, this auction has ended and you can claim it when you end your fight.

Amusingly, if I had this in the fight, I wouldn't have died. Funny how the universe works out that way. Shall we restart this auction, then?

No, the auction stands due to the fact that players bid on the items, not PC's, and since Sutton hasn't said who gets it, it is still his Bangle.

Oooh!
Neat. That does have the issue of my new PC getting an item without having to pay for it, however.
