"No, what wa- why did yo- Ah, fuck it. Keep up the fire!"
He grabs his M4 and chambers a round.
I'll need OODA checks from everyone, Miles gets +5 for being Pressing a prior exchange of fire (effectively, at least).
EDIT: Misread that passage - he does NOT get +5 on the OODA check, he gets +5 ticks of initiative.

I'll be doing a called shot, head, with my safari at the driver of the nearest truck. 10 ticks. Finish Tick 27.
Anderson, rifle raised, aims at the nearest truck driver's head.

Called shot, head, next closest truck driver IN TEH FACE! 1; 2; 3; 20 = 6 MOS Finishes on tick 29
Jason aims his Winchester at the driver's face. "I know it's a bit late, but, BOOM! HEADSHOT!"

Today's a SHITTY day to drive for the UN. They seem to have a nasty talent for eating .30-30 rounds to the face. This second driver (in the third truck, a large "deuce-and-a-half" model) to meet that end luckily (for his passengers, at least) is not driving at enough speed to produce the sort of cinematic devastation as the driver of the pickup, but he's still pretty damn dead.
Mere moments later, yet another well aimed rifle shot explodes yet another head off the top of yet another driver, though this is a slightly different caliber of bullet, so at least there is some variety.

The sound of automatic gunfire fills the air as the lieutenant begins firing on the second truck (the first unflipped truck)'s bed. Figures are beginning to move out of the third truck and seek what cover they can - meanwhile others are fleeing from the second.
Lt gets a Free Attack against the ones who are exposed within his field of fire (They need to stand up and be shot at rather than cower behind hard objects to leave) - by RAW it appears to be "one per person", with a snapshot at the same ROF as Suppression Fire being the attack.
Rolling the attacks...
(2d20H v 7 + 1 + 5 - 8 = 5);
One MOS 4 hit, 3 misses, no other attacks due to lack of ammo.
MOS 4 hit is... Leg, with extra impacts in the Head and Shoulder.
The Lt walks a near-continuous stream of fire over the fleeing enemies - one goes down; though his current magazine expires before any others can.
"Reloading, keep em pinned!"
Trev's up.

Anderson aims at a random soldier in the fleeing crowd and fires.
Called Snap Shot: Head
2d20L vs. CUF-8
1,12 vs 1----> MoS 0 but I still hit!

Barely.
One of the fleeing figures has his hair parted by a rifle round. He's bleeding - but he's alive, and still in good enough shape to run for his life. Lucky him - if it'd been an inch or so lower he'd be GONE.
Here is where the "Grazing Hit" special rule comes in - if an attack is MOS 0, it CANNOT deliver more than 1 point of damage, regardless of base damage rating.
